This time it wasn't over the gay issue.

It was just a fight we had that i'm upset about.

I cannot believe how hard it is to spend money on Amazon.com. I called their customer service line because I need a $1200 order here by tomorrow. Nobody there can help me. I am seriously going to flip out.

This takes bad customer service to a new level.

I WANT THE WIND TO CALM DOWN!!

This is the third day of 80-120km/h winds. I almost have to lean when I go outside, and it hurts my ears.

So apparently our receptionist quit. I knew she had been unhappy here, as we had talked about it several times.

One of the reasons she was unhappy here was the lack of communication between the higher-ups and us grunts (rule and policy changes tend to go unspoken; nobody tells the receptionist when someone calls in sick or goes on vacation; etc.). It's not like we're a multi-national corporation or anything; our employee numbers aren't even in the double digits. Communication should not be a problem.

However.

She's been gone for two days, and so far nobody has bothered to tell me she's gone. Oh, the irony.

Dear Mail Carrier -

Over the months that I have resided in this apartment number, you have consistently delivered mail for people that do not live here...

That's OK... your eyesight must be failing, you may be getting old what with all those years you have been a faithful deliver of the post through sun, rain, sleet and snow...

Now that I have met you, I know for a fact that neither your eyesight is failing nor you are an old man. No...

In speaking to you, to let you know of the consistent problem that you cannot seem to get over I have come to the conclusion that you must be a f**king idiot.

I had my conclusion confirmed this day, when I tracked a package that a client had sent me for a very important job and you deliver it to the incorrect Zip code.

I went to your place of work to file a complaint only to be promised that your coworkers would follow-up with more information as to the whereabouts of my package.

TWICE! I have called, showing the initiative to find my package otherwise I would loose the business I worked to hard to attain only to be updated with "we have not been able to get a hold of the mail carrier"

Well... SH!T!

If I told you the package contained a BOMB, would you be able to find the carrier and with it my package FASTER?

There is no bomb inside the package...

Dear Mail Carrier, I would like your head on a plate.

I still love my ex fiance and I probably shouldn't. Also, I'm in love with Jessica Alba- even after the baby.

Consider it a chance, and cherish every single word you type.

Also, you might want to stay in here until you get a new keyboard.

You know, around the holidays most people are generally not looking forward to dealing with their in-laws. Now for me, its the immediate family.

I have to go back into hospital on Monday. I was a bit annoyed at this, but agreed. (They were pushing for before the weekend, so at least it's after)It's only now I'm realising how much it's going to mess things up. I have just come back to work after a month off, and now I'll need another 2 weeks. And at Christmas my usual is 3 weeks at home. I don't think I'll be doing that this year! Dog training classes have just started, and now I'll miss them. I've to try and arrange someone for the dog, but I don't have enough money for kennels really, at the moment. It's just timing. It's bad timing.

I understand hon... I moved 700 miles away from my family on purpose. It's a little inconvenient in a crisis, and you might actually miss them when you're older, but works well otherwise. I'll spare you the details unless you wanna have another of our talks. ;)

I have a good friend who can be quite opinionated, though she is softspoken and I think reserves some of her opinions for people she knows won't be too offended. I give her credit because she usually does a bit of research before taking to an opinion and she won't believe something that someone else just says.

The problem is that she really doesn't know how to research. If something is on teh interwebz and the site looks credible, then she'll accept it as fact. Not something that is locked in controversy in the (insert profession here) community, oh no, it's on teh interwebz and it's a fact.

So it's a fact that vaccines cause autism, it's a fact that fetal exposure to nut proteins via the mother will cause lethal nut allergies for the kid later in life and it's a fact that the world is going to run out of oil, like, tomorrow.

Sometimes her emails make my head and hand hurt from too many facepalms.
