I love the Beatles, but think it's time for Paul to hang it up. He hasn't written anything good in decades, and as Bornbad pointed out, doesn't deserve "songwriter of the year" for any year since the 70's (assuming you like some of his early post-Beatles stuff; otherwise the cutoff would be the 60's).

I saw him in concert this July and he kicks ass still.
