Here's a link to the specifics to get the refund

I wonder how many unscrupulous folks will be buying DVDs used from ebay, or wherever and turning them in for a refund.

Baby Einstein refund page:she began by asking the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to go after Baby Einstein because, she said, we claimed that Baby Einstein was educational. But we do not make any such claim
I used to work at a record store that sold Baby Einstein products and I distinctly remember the packaging going out of it's way to imply that the product was intended to make your children smarter without promising anything.

Case in point,(If you can read it)

I was supervising the classical department at the time and I was struck by what a great idea this was, e.g.: global companies relying on brand name recognition to sell mostly royalty-free music at an outrageous markup. Classical music is, if you buy a non-major label album, going to be significantly cheaper than, say, an album containing the same pieces that was recorded on the Sony label. The reason for the savings is that these classical artists are long dead and their works are in the public domain.

Well, saying that something will stimulate a child's brain is not the same as saying that it will make them smarter, imo. It implies that through the brain stimulation, your child will become smarter, but that's not quite the same thing.
