After somehow climbing a billboard, the man shucked his clothes. Emergency services were alerted. After arriving, the man was convinced to descend. Being in his birthday suit, he gave one of his rescuers a wonderful view of his easter basket and buns. He even managed to get in a little entertainment for freeway users with impromptu interpretive dance. I assume the dance was either 'I am the Walrus' or 'What drugs? Today is simply Glorious!'
